Note: for the most part, sufferers regularily experience at least 80% of the symptoms listed for Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia / Myalgic Encephalomyelitis--- though in varying degrees, from mild to debilitating. These symptoms may change in combinations and in severity.

MYOFASCIAL PAIN SYNDROME (MPS)

-constant post-nasal drip (even though nose may actually be dry and bleeding)
-stuffiness of the nose on the downward side when laying down (especially when sleeping - which often causes restless sleep)
-continual sinus infections
-loss of some mobility of the neck, shoulders, and arms
-a cascade of trigger points, eventually covering the body
-specific areas or points of pain (caused by lumps of fascia & waste material)
[though MPS has been lumped in with Fibromyalgia, it is a neuromuscular disorder, and FMS (Fbro.) is a biochemical disorder]



POST-TRAUMATIC HYPERIRRITABILITY SYNDROME (PTHS)
(a severe form of Myofascial Pain Syndrome)
