No portion of the images and documents provided by the Relian Photo Library may be reproduced in any form without prior written permission from Relian Photo Library, except as allowed under the copyright laws and except that Customer may produce a single human readable copy of the data for internal use.

Customer shall not transfer, sell, or in any manner commercially exploit the Relian Photo Library or the data contained in it. In no event may Customer remove or obscure copyright notices contained in the Relian Photo Library and the images provided by the Relian Photo Library.

Relian Photo Library Terms and Conditions

• Use of the Relian Photo Library is governed by these terms and conditions.

• Customer is hereby granted the right to use the information and images obtained from or provided by Relian Photo Library pursuant to the terms set out below. No right, title, or interest in the information and images contained in and provided by Relian Photo Library is granted to the Customer.

• Relian Photo Library shall not be liable for errors contained in the the information and images provided by Relian Photo Library. Relian Photo Library will not in any event be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages whatsoever (including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption) related to any use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of the images, information or links provided by Relian Photo Library.

• The services provided by Relian Photo Library is subject to change without notice.

• Relian Photo Library makes no warranty of any kind with regard to the information and images provided by Relian Photo Library. The information and images are provided as is. Relian Photo Library SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF A THIRD PARTY'S INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.

  Some pages beyond this point may lead outside of Relian Photo Library's website. Although an effort is made to insure validity of those links Relian Photo Library does not support anything outside of the Relian Photo Library website nor does it necessarily endorse any company or product pointed to by those links.

• Export/Import Compliance Notice

  By downloading the images, Customer assumes responsibility for complying with applicable copyright laws and regulations and agrees not to reproduce or redistribute these images without applicable authorization by Relian Photo Library.

  Customer may not reproduce or redistribute images obtained from Relian Photo Library or any copy or adaptation in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

  Relian Photo Library Software License Terms

  The following terms govern your use of images obtained from Relian Photo Library unless you have a separate written agreement with HP. DOWNLOADING OR OTHERWISE OBTAINING IMAGES FROM RELIAN Photo LibRARY INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS.

  License Grant

  Relian Photo Library grants you a license to Use one copy of any image. "Use" means storing or displaying the image. You may not modify the image or disable any licensing or control features of the image.

  Ownership

  The image is owned and copyrighted by Relian Photo Library. Your license confers no title or ownership in the image and is not a sale of any rights in the image.

  Copies and Adaptations

  You may only make copies or adaptations of the images for archival purposes or when copying or adaptation is an essential step in the authorized Use of the images. You must reproduce all copyright notices in the original images on all copies or adaptations. You may not copy the images onto any bulletin board or similar system.

  Transfer

  Your license will automatically terminate upon any transfer of the Software. Upon transfer, you must deliver the Software, including any copies and related documentation, to the transferee. The transferee must accept these License Terms as a condition to the transfer.

  Termination

  Relian Photo Library may terminate your license upon notice for failure to comply with any of these License Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately destroy the Software, together with all copies, adaptations and merged portions in any form.
