Challenge for Special OlympicsThe 1995 TKE Challenge was to assist the Special Olympians of New Jersey, to attend to Special Olympics in Connecticut that summer. Governor Whitman's budget cuts severely limited the number of athletes that could be sent. Since Special Olympics is the National Philathropy of Tau Kappa Epsilon, we thought it would make perfect sense to raise money to send these wonderful athletes to Competition.
It was for this ride, that the Theta-Zeta Chapter received the TKE Special Olympics Award of Merit.
