Cajun/Creole Cousine

I started enjoying Cajun style cooking around 1990. Ever since I've always looked for more traditional recipes to try out. Here are just a couple of my favorites to far. I will attempt to provide you with more in the near future. If you have a recipe that you wouldn't mind sharing with the public then please feel free to E-mail it to me.
