HI!! My name is Tina. I live in Illinois in a suburb of Chicago. I have had WebTV since April of 97. I have learned alot of new things and I have met so many people. WebTV is great because the people who use WebTV stick together like family. They offer help with no question. Like my friend Libby, who made my banner down below. She was so sweet and answered my plea of help. Because I still have alot to learn!

One is my best BUD Virginia. I think we are twins. We are exactly alike. We both love the same things. I think thats why we are such great friends. She has WebTV also and when I first got WebTV she taught me the simplest things that I had no idea about. She showed me tons of shortcuts and helpful hints. She is really busy at school right now. She is studying to become a refrence librarian. She lives in New York. I will add her homepage as soon as she has a break from school to work on it.

Then there is Sherry. She also lives in New York, but in upstate NY. She is a mom and a wife. She makes me laugh. We have known each other for a few months now. She is busy always looking for a great restaurant. If anyone knows of a great non-italian place in upstate NY please E-mail me FAST! She has a daughter in college and a son who plays basketball in high school. She is a basketball mom. She should be the coach!!

I am learning so many new things from my international Pen Pal named Paloma. I don't know alot yet, but I will add info as I learn. She is a teacher and she also spent time as an exchange student in North Dakota. Paloma lives in Spain. The place I most want to visit someday. Thats why I ask her tons of questions.

I have added a new friend to my list. Her name is Robin and she is from Canada. I am learning who she is and where shes from since we just "met", so I will be adding info about her. She sounds like shes full of life and fun. Her views are very interesting. More later.

One thing I like to do is travel. I love Florida. I had the best vacation there. I love to lay on the beach. Get a tan and have a few rum runners. Eat some crab and lobster at a beach side restaurant. Yum. Thats the best.

I have been to New York, California, Georgia, Oklahoma, Arizona, Washington State, Hawaii, Michigan, Florida, and Wisconsin, Nevada. I have been out of the country two times. Once to Canada, and then to Mexico. I like to see new places. We are preparing for a family trip to Slovania.

I love to read. I am into Dean Koontz, and Sidney Sheldon. If you have a cool book to tell me about, please do. I read Stephen King, but I can't say that I understand him. My favorite is The Green Mile. I also like John Saul. The first book I ever bought by myself was Suffer The Children. Creepy. Then I moved on to Flowers in the Attic. I guess thats how I got started on creepy books. I have now moved onto a wide variety of books. I have been trying to keep up with Oprah's book club. I am not sure I like her choices though. All of the books have been good, but the endings have all been a let down.

My favorite movies are The Shining, Dirty Dancing, Forrest Gump. I like brat pack movies. About Last Night was good. Also because it was filmed in Chicago. The last batch of movies I have seen...Lost in Translation, Le Divorce, Under the Tuscan Sun and Gummo. I also just saw The Others and Wild, Wild West. I saw Austin Powers (part two) I see movies very late. (like when they come out on video) I can't sit still in a theater for too long, although I sat through three hours of the Green Mile.

I am totally hooked on reality TV right now. Survivor, Surreal Life, Road Rules, The Newlyweds, The Big Race, My Big Fat Obnoxious Fiance.... I think the best of all is the ECO challage. It is for real.
