Hot Buttered Rum

Ingredients:

1 bottle dry red wine
3 Tblsp sugar
4 whole cloves
2 cinnamon sticks
1 orange, sliced into rounds
2 Tblsp cognac or rum

Blend brown sugar, butter, lemon zest, cinnamon and allspice until well combined, this can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 month. Place 1 rounded Tblsp of the butter mixture in a mug. Add 1 shot of rum and 1/2 cup boiling water. Stir well and serve.
