Ingredients:
2 pound jumbo shrimp; with shells but not heads
2 sticks butter
3 Tblsp minced garlic
4 Tblsp Worcestershire sauce
6 oz. beer
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp minced shallots
3 Tblsp Creole seasoning blend
1 loaf of French bread
Melt 1 stick of butter in a sautee pan over medium high heat. Add garlic and cook for one minute. Add the shrimp, Worcestershire sauce, beer, lemon juice and shallots. Cook for 3 minutes while stirring. Sprinkle Creole seasoning over the shrimp and continue cooking for 3 minutes. Remove pan from the burner and add the remaining stick of butter. Stir until the butter is melted. Serve at once with French bread to sop up the sauce.
