Ingredients:
1/2 cup dry red wine
2 Tblsp olive oil
1 small clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt
dash of pepper
1 pound sirloin steak
Cut the meat into thin strips and place in a non-reactive bowl. In another bowl, mix the remaining ingredients; then pour the marinade over the meat and let sit at room temperature for 1 hour. Drain the meat. Fry the meat in hot butter or margarine, stirring to brown on all sides.
