Ingredients:
35 pounds ground beef
1 gallon of ketchup
7 Tblsp salt
2 cups vinegar
5 Tblsp sugar
2 cups prepared mustard
21 medium onions, chopped
1/2 small can of chili powder
Brown the ground beef, drain and then transfer to a large 10 - 20 gallon stew pot. Cook the chopped onion in a little water until translucent, then transfew to the stew pot. Add all the remaining ingredients and simmer, stirring often at first, then later occasionally, for about 2 hours.
