Ingredients:
1/4 cup honey
Combine honey, molasses, and yeast in 1 3/4 cups warm water. Cover and let stand until foamy,
about 10 minutes. Stir in the milk powder, eggs, oil and salt. Blend in the whole wheat flour
and gluten. Stir in enough flour to make a moderately stiff dough. Knead for 5 to 8 minutes.
Cover and let rise until double, about a half hour. Let rest for 10 minutes then shape into
loaves and place the dough in 2 greased pans. Cover and let rise until nearly double, another
half hour. Bake at 425°F for 40 minutes, cool on a wire rack.

1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup whole bran cereal
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup gluten flour
2 1/2 to 3 1/4 cups flour
