2 whole chicken breasts, split, boned and skinned
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can (16 oz. ) sauerkraut, drained
4 slices of swiss cheese
1 1/4 cups thousand island dressing
Place chicken in a 9-inch square buttered baking dish. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Spread drained sauerkraut over the chicken and top with swiss cheese slices. Pour dressing evenly over the cheese. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours, or until the chicken is tender.
