1 cup whipping cream
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp salt
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
3 cups flour
1 tsp vanilla
4 tsps. Baking powder
In a heavy bowl, beat together the first five ingredients until thick. Then, using a heavy mixer, beat in the flour, vanilla and baking powder. Leave in refrigerator overnight. Shape into desired form and then place on a non-stick cookie sheet. In a hot oven, bake at 425°F for 4 minutes on the bottom rack and then 4 minutes on the middle rack. Remove to wire rack to cool.
