Ingredients:
3/4 cup mashed potratoes, seasoned
1 tsp vanilla
4 cups powdered sugar, sifted
4 cups flaked coconut
1 (12 oz) package chocolate pieces
1/3 bar parafin wax
Combine potaotes, vanilla, sugar and coconut; mix well. Chill overnight. Shape into balls; chill again. Melt chcolate and parafin in double boiler. Dip candy in chocolate; place on waxed paper to set.
