Parmesan Fish

Recipe taken from the Food Section of the Wisconsin State Journal.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 - 2 pounds fresh or frozen fish fillets
1/3 cup butter, melted
1/2 tsp chicken bouillon
1 Tblsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/3 cup bread crumbs
1/8 tsp paprika
3 Tblsp Parmesan
1 1/2 tsp parsley flakes

Arrange fish in a greased baking dish. Mix together the remaining ingredients and spread over the fish. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
