Salmon and Corn Casserole

Ingredients:

2 eggs
1/2 cup cream
1 Tblsp minced onion
1/8 tsp pepper
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can salmon, drained, flaked
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a bowl, beat the eggs then add all the remaining ingredients except for the cheese. Mix well. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, until firm.
