Ingredients:
1 can of salmon
2 eggs
1 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup of bread crumbs
1 medium onion, diced
1 Tblsp flour
dill weed, optional
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix together all ingredients in the order given. Grease a loaf pan and then press the salmon mixuture into the pan. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
