Caramel Popcorn

Ingredients:

2 cups brown sugan
1/2 cup white karo syrup
2 sticks oleo
pinch cream of tartar
1 tsp baking soda
7 quarts popcorn, popped

Mix together the brown sugar, karo syrup, oleo and cream of tartar in a large pan. Boil rapidly for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and add the baking soda, stir well to mix in. Pour the mixture over the popcorn; mix well. Bake for 1 hour at 250F, stirring every 15 minutes.
