Vegetable Rice Casserole

Ingredients:

1 cup minute rice, cooked
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, diced
1 small jar cheeze whiz
1 can cream of celery soup
20 oz. package California mixed vegetables, partially cooked
small can Durkee onion rings

Saute the onion and clery in the butter, while steaming the frozen mixed vegetables. Combine all the ingredients, except onion rings, and pour into a baking dish. Bake at 350F for 35 to 40 minutes. Cover the casserole with onion rings for the last 5 minutes.
