Recipe taken from Taste of Home Magazine
Ingredients:
1 boneless pork chop loin
Place pork chop on a double thick layer of heavy duty foil, 18x14. Top with potato, carrots and peas.
Sprinkle on seasoning. seal foil tightly. Grill covered over medium heat for 30-35 minutes, turning occasionally.
1 medium potate sliced
1 large carrot sliced
1/4 cup frozen peas
onion soup mix seasoning
