Pesto

Ingedients:

1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
5 heaping Tblsp basil, more if desired
5 cloves garlic, mashed into a paste
6 Tblsp olive oil
3 Tblsp fine bread crumbs
1/2 cup parmesan or romano cheese

Mix all of the ingredients together and store in a tightly closed containor in the refrigerator until needed.
