Raisin Sauce

From the Amish Barn Restaurant in Bird in Hand, Pennsylvania

Ingedients:

2 cups water
1 cup sugar
1 Tblsp vinegar
1 1/2 cups raisins
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tblsp cinnamon
1 cup warm water
1/8 cup corn starch

Boil all ingredients until the raisins are plump and sugar dissolved. Thicken with cornstarch and water mixture. Serve hot over sliced ham.
