1/2 medium head cabbage
1/2 cup sour cream
2 Tblsp sugar
2 Tblsp vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
dash pepper
Chill the cabbage thoroughly. Shread fine, and measure out about 4 cups. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the cabbage, Mix lightly and sprinkle with paprika. Chill until needed.
