1 (16 oz) can of diagonal cut green bean, drained
1 (16 oz) can of diagonal cut wax beans, drained
1 (5 oz) can of water chestnuts, sliced, drained
1/2 cup sliced red onion
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup vinegar
2 Tblsp olive oil
2 Tblsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp celery salt
Combine the beans, water chestnuts and onion in a large bowl, toss to mix well. Dissolve the sugar in vinegar. Add the oil, soy sauce, and celery salt and mix well. Pour over the beans. Cover and refirgerate for several hours, stirring occasionally.
