A good feast can't complete without a good dessert and coffee. The following are places that we visit for dessert.

 
Haagen Daz Ice Cream.
An upmarket and expensive ice cream parlour, claimed to have real ingredients in their ice cream. We love their brandy cherry, Rum and Raisin, Macadena nuts and Bailey.

Lobby Lounge, Hotel Equatorial.
A place for coffee lover. This place has a wide selection of coffee from plain to exotic.

Hard Rock Cafe.
A visit to Hard Rock must end with their mud pie, which is loaded with Haagen Daz ice cream.

Restaurant The Fruitti Stall, Jalan Imbi.
This restaurant serves contemporary dim sum and desserts. Most of the dimsum are innovated from traditional type. We find their mango sago excellent.

Chinoz.
This wine bar cum cafe served light meal, sandwiches and cakes, and is popular with expats. We tried their Zucotto and mocha tart. We find their cakes unique, not sweet and we believe they use lots of dairy creams on their filling. They need one day notice for whole cake to take away.

TGI Friday.
We just love their mud pie, plenty of chocolate and ice cream.

Swensen Ice Cream.
A very good ice cream parlour; unfortunately, the management lack direction and marketing skill. We normally order topless 5.

Coffee Garden, Shangri-la Hotel
We find their home made ice cream excellent.

A popular hang out for coffee and cakes.

McDonald's.
This world famous restaurant's sundae ice cream is value for money and no body can beat their milk shake especially the coffee milk shake.

Benson & Hedges Bistro
A good place to have coffee and cakes. We find their tiramisu and walnut cakes ok. Can be very crowded during evening.

Cocomo Cafe
This cafe's cakes are homemade and have a wide selection of cheese cakes. Their brandname 'Cocomo' is a rich chocolate mousse cake. Their lemon merinque is nice too.

Tanja's Cafe
We visited this cafe for cakes. We tried 'Forest Torte' and 'Bavarian Hazenut Torte', which is not too fresh (ie dry). We find their price expensive; cakes price from RM4 per piece and soft drink from RM3.80.
