Pasar Malam is a weekly night market normally found in residential estate.
Wide variety of food is available in pasar malam. We believe over half of family
visit pasar malam in their neighborhood at least once a month. And more than
half of those visited purchase some food at pasar malam. Hence, pasar malam is
deserved to be mentioned.
As we don't have time to visit pasar malam and we believe the locals know
their pasar malam better. We invite contributions from readers (i.e. you) for
inclusion in this page.

Favourite Food: Chinese Fruit Rojak
I would like to recommend a Mobile Chinese Fruit Rojak Store (white colour
small lorry). The store name is 'Kam Pai' means golden medal. It is a
Chinese husband & wife business. It's different from other fruit rojak
store as the dressing is different and a lot of kacang will be put on top of
the rojak. It will be at a few place in a week : (a) Taman Connaught near
hawker centre (previous Southern Bank Office) - 12.00 noon to 4.00pm on
Friday. (b) Taman Connaught Pasar Malam on Wednesday. (c) Cheras Flat (3½
miles Jalan Cheras) Pasar Malam on Thursday. (d) Taman Midah at 12.00 noon
to 4.00pm on Sunday - at the main road of Taman Midah, opposite Cheras
Leisure Club (can't really remember the name of the club). Thank you.
