125 g margarine | 2 beaten eggs |
1 C. water | 1/2 C sour cream |
1/4 C. cocoa | 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda |
2 C. self raising flour | 1 tsp. vanilla essence |
2 C. sugar | 1/2 C. oil |
1/2 tsp. salt |
Boil margarine, water and cocoa in saucepan. In a bowl mix flour, sugar and salt, add contents of saucepan and beat with whisk. Add beaten eggs, sour cream, baking soda, vanilla essence and oil. Pour into a lamington tin and cook at 200°C (400°F) for 15 - 20 mins.
Frost with icing while still warm and in the lamington tin.

4 T. cocoa | 4 C. icing sugar |
Boil margarine, cocoa and milk. Then add icing sugar. Frost cake while still warm and in the lamington tin.
