1/2 cup cucumber, grated |
1 cup low fat natural yogurt |
1 clove garlic, crushed (or to taste) |
3 dashes Tabasco sauce (or to taste) |
Squeeze excess juice from grated cucumber. Combine cucumber, yogurt, garlic, and Tabasco sauce. Refrigerate until required.
