Turkey Rice Casserole - two berries

This is a variation of the chicken and rice dinner.

Ingredients

4 turkey breasts
1 cup uncooked long-grain or brown rice
1 cup chicken stock
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped carrot
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/8 tsp rubbed sage
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1/8 teaspoon paprika

Cooking

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Prepare casserole dish with non-stick spray.
  3. Pour in rice, chicken stock, cream of chicken soup, onion, carrot, celery and sage. Mix well.
  4. Place turkey breasts over rice.
  5. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley flakes.
  6. Cover and bake at 350 for one hour or until turkey is no longer pink.

Tips

For a different taste, try cream of celery soup or cream of mushroom soup instead of cream of chicken.
