Fish carpacio

(Italian cuisine)

150g of fresh frozen salmon filet
10g of shrimp filet
10g of mussels
30g of cheese
200g of lemons
30g of olive oil

Cut the salmon filet into very thin pieces and put on the plate. Pour the juice squeezed out of the lemons over the salmon. Pour the olive oil. Grate the cheese over it. Put the diced shrimp filet and mussels on the top.
