The recipes in this section became traditional in the 20th century. Some of them are not widespread, but all of them are not usual for neither cuisine except Russian cuisine (and of course, for the Ukrainian one). Some of the dishes originate from other countries, but they have become a part of our cuisine during the years of the Soviet Union.
