Suggested Time Table for Advance Preparations
  
  
Wednesday * Complete all shopping for needed ingredients.
Thursday * Prepare Luscious Lemon Muffins.  Seal in airtight container and place in freezer.
Friday * Prepare Cheese Scones, shredding enough cheese to use in both scones and Egg and Broccoli Casserole.  Seal scones in airtight container and place in freezer. 
* Chop onions for casserole.  Place onions and extra cheese in separate air-tight bags or containers and store in refrigerator. 
Saturday * Assemble Cherry Strata, but DO NOT prepare or add egg mixture at this time.  Cover pan tightly with foil or plastic wrap and place in refrigerator. 
* Prepare Cherry Syrup for strata.
* Prepare any additional salad dishes and store in refrigerator in air-tight containers. 
* If possible, set table.
Sunday * Take muffins and scones out of freezer to thaw first thing in the morning. 
* 4 hours prior to meal time, prepare Egg and Broccoli Casserole and start slow cooker.
* 2-3 hours prior to meal time (depending on size of ham), prepare Apple-Mustard Glaze and put ham in oven to bake.
* 45 minutes prior to meal time, prepare egg mixture for strata, pour over strata and place strata in oven to bake.  Glaze ham at this time.
Following this time table should assure all items will be ready to serve at meal time and even leave you with  time to attend church and visit with your guests.
