I am from Houston Texas. (Yeeeee Haaaaa) I lived in Galveston and worked as a Hairdresser and then I did Hair and Nails, then I just did mostly nails! I worked in a salon only a day or so when this handsome man made an appointment with me (only because I answered the phone and booked him with me).

His name is Mike and he is in the United States Coast Guard. Well, to make a long story short... He went underway with the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Woodrush in Alaska for two and a half years and we dated long distance.

Mike was stationed back in Galveston in 1990 and then we were married. We had a beautiful daughter, Kelsey on July 4th, 1992 (and yes, she is a firecracker!). We had another beautiful daughter, Julie on December 21st, 1994. (I think she was waiting for Christmas to have a holiday birthday like her sister, but neither the Doctor nor I wanted to be in the Hospital on Christmas, so labor was induced!) And we now have a baby boy! His name is Jacob. He was born via c section January 23, 1998.

We've lived in Hawaii for two and a half years. We've really enjoyed it but are looking forward to living on the mainland now. We now live in Northern California and love the cool weather!
