Ingredients
1/2 corn ear, husks and silk removed
2 tsp softened butter
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 lemon
Method
Rub the lemon over the corn, squeezing it slightly while rubbing to release the juice. Season the corn with salt and pepper. Rub softened butter over the corn.
Wrap the corn in foil and grill for about 15 minutes, turning frequently.
