4 kiwi fruits, peeled and quartered
8 bananas, peeled and quartered
4 pineapple slices, peeled, cored and cut into cubes
2 tsp teriyaki sauce
1/3 c lemon juice
1 tsp grated lemon rind
2 tsp crushed ginger
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 c olive oil
Method
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and allow the fruit to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Put the fruit onto thin bamboo skewers. Grill, turning and brushing frequently with the marinade until fruit is golden and hot.
