1 kg chicken wings
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp grated fresh ginger
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp oil
Method
Cut the tips of the chicken wings and divide each wing into 2 pieces.
Mix the remaining ingredients together and marinate the chicken in this mixture, covered in the fridge, for 6-8 hours or overnight.
Grill for about 15 minutes or until cooked through, brushing frequently with marinade and turning twice.
