Ingredients
4 button mushrooms
1/4 cup frozen peas
good knob of softened butter
1 tsp cream (optional)
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp chopped fresh parsley
salt and pepper to taste
Method
Trim the stalk of the mushrooms and keep them whole, halve them or quarter them as desired. Add the peas, cream, oregano, parsley and season with salt and pepper. Dot with butter and wrap in a foil sealing tightly.
Grill for about 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
