2 salmon steaks
juice and rind of 1 lemon
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 shallot, minced
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp chopped cilantro
1 tbsp oil
Method
With the tip of a knife, make a few diagonal cuts on the skin side of the fish.
Mix the remaining ingredients together and marinate the fish in this mixture, covered in the fridge, for 6-8 hours.
Grill for about 10 minutes or until fish is cooked, brushing with marinade and turning twice.
