Lamb Chops in Red Wine

Ingredients

1 kg lamb chops
1 c red wine
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp coarsely crushed peppercorns
1/2 tsp dried thyme
2 tsp chopped fresh parsley
4 tbsp oil

Method

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and leave the lamb chops to marinate,covered in a fridge, for 6-8 hours or overnight.

Grill for about 12 minutes or until cooked through, brushing with marinade and turning occasionally.
