Ingredients
50g sev
50g fried peanuts
50g phuliyan, parwal or puffed rice
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp mango powder or 1/2 tbsp thick tamarind pulp
1 small onion, very finely chopped
4 tsp mustard oil
salt to taste
Method
Mix all the ingredients together well, tossing them in the mustard oil.
Serve immediately.
