Ingredients
1 c packed coriander leaves
1/2 c packed mint leaves
1/4 c chopped onion
2 green chillis, deseeded, chopped
1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
2 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste
Method
In a blender, grind all the ingredients to a smooth paste, adding little water, if required.
Store in a jar in the refrigerator.
