Ingredients
1 cauliflower, cut into florets
4 potatoes, diced
1/4 c oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
3/4 tsp turmeric
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 tomatoes
1 tsp garam masala
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
ginger julienne and coriander leaves for garnish
Method
Heat oil and saute cumin seeds till they splutter. Add garlic and ginger, stir and add potatoes.
Add turmeric, cumin, coriander, chilli powders, and stir again. Add tomatoes and simmer for about 5 minutes. Add cauliflower and stir on high heat for a few minutes.
Lower heat, cover and let simmer for about 15 minutes till potatoes and cauliflower are cooked and moisture has evaporated.
Sprinkle garam masala powder. Garnish with ginger julienne and coriander leaves.
