Ingredients
3 red-skinned apples
2 tbsp lemon juice
5 stalks celery, thinly sliced
1/2 c coarsely chopped walnuts
1/4 c raisins
1/2 c mayonnaise
walnut halves and celery leaves for garnish
Method
Core and dice apples, then place in a bowl and toss with lemon juice to prevent discoloration.
Add sliced celery, chopped walnuts and raisins. Toss to mix, then stir in mayonnaise.
Spoon salad into a salad bowl, garnish with walnut halves and celery leaves and serve.
