He was born on June 19, 1915 in Powell River in the house below at Okeover Arm. This is a back view of the house looking out on the ocean. I remember playing hide and seek in the house.
He met Grace Baxter (nee Summers) in 1942 who had a boy
David Arthur Bruce
Baxter aged 2 and a girl Julia Diane Baxter, aged 1, together they had 4 more children,

Jacqueline Janie Field (Nee Roos) Born 1950
He mostly worked in the bush as a logger and he also worked at the paper mill in
Powell River (The largest news print centre in the world) He moved to Lillooet
and worked in the lumber mill there until he Died December 13, 1979
He died in the hospital at Lillooet BC.
He is buried in the cemetery in Lillooet over looking Seton Lake.
