Here are one recipe of
a cake made with chocolate and werther's, I'm waiting for another ideas
to use the werther's in cooking!
chocolate
and werther's cake:
for 4: 100g
of chocolate
nearly 20 werther's
2 eggs
75g of sugar
40g of flour
50g of butter
heat up your
oven to 200°c (Th. 6).
reduce the
werther's in small pieces in crushing them.
melt over
a slow heat the chocolate and the pieces of werther's, and mix them
together. Add the butter and mix.
in a salad
bowl, mix the eggs and the sugar, then the flour. Pour the melt chocolate
then mix to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
pour into
a floured and buttered sandwich tin.
cook as your
wish to obtain a more or less creamy heart.
