preserving
|
|
Hum, normally all your Werther's are eaten before the expiry
date, but the preserving of the Werther's is sometimes a delicate
problem wich needs some care...
warning
to the hot temperatures:
The bigest ennemy of
the Werther's is probably the heat. A excessive temperature (>25°c,
298K) will melt your werther's, they won't be as good as in normal
times and furthermore it will be difficult to take them from their
golg packings. Try to conserve your Werther's in a dry and fresh place,
you will avoid those problems.

don't
crush your Werther's!
Overall, avoid compressing your Werther's, especially if your transport
them.
The rubing of the Werther's on each others (in
a pocket for intstance) will triger numerous cracks which will soften
the peripheral part of the candy.
The worst, it is that we realize it only
when the Werther's is your in mouth, and it is ex-tre-me-ly unpleasant.
So, do not transport your Werthers in tight pockets, best being obviously
to use the Werther's bag.

How recognize that a werther's has been crushed
by looking its packing:
-
it glues to the werther's
-
it has lost its golden splinter
-
there are some areas of transparency
-
the inscripion "Werther's Original"
is slighlty erased.
