1. To offer a jump-start for the less experienced
competition bbq cook.
2. To provide a fresh prespective for more
experienced comp cookers who who may be
struggling in a particular category.
3. To enable the backyard bbq chef to turn out as
good a product for family and friends as may be
found on the cookoff circuit.
4. To help the "Shiloh Cookers" be able to afford
to go to more bbq cookoffs.
