ALMOND ROCA ALMOND ROCA

A friend brought this to a pot luck!
Needless to say it was eaten pretty quick!

Ingredients

2 cups BUTTER (not marg)

2 cups BROWN SUGAR

1 cup SLIVERED ALMONDS

2 cups CHOCOLATE CHIPS

Grease a 9"x13" pan

Cover the bottom with almonds

Bring butter & sugar to 275° boil
on candy thermometer

Pour over almonds

While still hot sprinkle with
choc. chips & spead

Cool Cut & Serve
