FOX, VICTOR B. Lt. Col. U.S. Army, Ret. Passed away, peacefully, on Tuesday, January 2nd, 2001 at the age of 93. Victor is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Alice M. Fox, his devoted daughter Vicki D. Fox and his beloved only granddaughter, Kendel E. Wiedrich. Victor was born January 1st, 1908 in Redding, CA. He entered the US Army in 1941 and was dedicated to his career in the military, serving in both WWII and the Korean Conflict, earning a bronze star. He retired to Fair Oaks in 1961 and lived there for 35 years. In retirement, he attended CSU, Sacramento and received a Master's degree in History and Education. Victor's second career was as a dedicated teacher and coach at Rancho Cordova H.S. Victor was a lifelong Mason and a member of the Shriner's. We are sure Victor would like to be remembered as a dog lover who was devoted to his pets, as well as a faithful contributor to charities involving the care of animals. Victor lived out his last years at Brittany Care Center in Carmichael, and his family thanks them for their loving care. All will miss him. Remembrances way be made in Victor's name to the American Diabetes Association, 10445 Old Placerville Road, Sacramento, CA 95827. Private services will be held. The fond feelings we all had for Mr. Fox are reflected in our Senior Wills! He was mentioned more in our Senior wills than anyone!!! He
was a kind man and great teacher!!!
