Easter Bunny Mound Cake

Use gumdrops, hard candies, licorice, or other favorite treats to make the facial features. Don't use hard candies if children under 3 will be nibbling at this bunny.

You can also pat the cookie dough into other shapes, such as flowers or eggs. Just be sure the shape is the same thickness all over, so it will bake evenly
Hershey's Miniature Easter Egg Tree
1 package (about 18 oz.) white or yellow cake mix (with pudding in the mix)
3-3/4 cups (10-oz. pkg.) Mounds Sweetened Coconut Flakes, *divided
1 can (about 13 oz.) ready-to-spread soft whipped vanilla frosting
Jolly Rancher Jelly Beans
Twizzlers Pull 'n' Peel Candy for cake or Twizzlers Twists for cupcakes

Heat oven and prepare two 9-inch round baking pans as directed on cake mix package. Prepare cake batter with whole eggs, water and oil as directed on package; stir in 1/2 cup Mounds coconut. Divide batter evenly amoung prepared pans; bake and cool as directed.

Place 1 whole layer on serving tray. forming head.
Cut 2 convex shaped ears from each side of second layer; place on each side of head to form ears.

Use concave shaped piece for the bowtie, placing about 1/2 inch below head. Frost entire bunny, covering top and sides. Pat remaining 3-1/4 cups coconut evenly over top and sides. Decorate bunny face and bowtie with Jolly Rancher Jelly Beans. Use Twizzlers Pull 'n' Peel candy for whiskers. About 12 servings.

Tint coconut as directed on package, if desired
