Waldorf Salad

Packed with heart-healthy nuts and nutrient-rich fruits and veggies, this salad is a treat!

1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon milk
2 medium unpeeled red eating apples, coarsely chopped (2 cups)
2 medium celery stalks, chopped (1 cup)
2 tablespoons coarsely chopped nuts
Salad greens, if desired

Mix mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice and milk in medium bowl. Stir in apples, celery and nuts. Serve on salad greens. Cover and refrigerate any remaining salad.
